Tammy EspinozaTammy, a Professional Engineer with experience as a design engineer for public infrastructure and transportation projects, joined the Hayden Consultants team in 2004.

She came to the company after launching her career at Freese & Nichols, where from 2002 through 2004, she worked on public infrastructure as well as roadway and site development projects.

She has prepared design and construction plans for roadway horizontal and vertical alignments, cross sections, construction phasing, traffic control, grading, erosion control, striping and signage, stream hydraulics, water and wastewater lines. She is also responsible for coordinating design and plans with clients, surveyors, and sub-consultants.

Tammy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2002. She is a member of the Women’s Transportation Seminar, the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE), for which she serves as the Chapter Director for the Preston Trails Chapter. Tammy received the 2010 Young Engineer of the Year award from the TSPE Preston Trails Chapter, as well as the 2010 TSPE Texas Young Engineer of the Year award.
