Jolene Mayo is the Chief Administrative Officer for Hayden Consultants, Inc. In this role, Jolene is charged with overseeing the company’s functions in accounting, human resources, IT, facilities and administration. She was promoted in February of 2016 to her current position. Jolene is a part of the Executive Leadership Team and was promoted to Associate in 2017. She is committed to helping drive Hayden’s strategic plan and its core values.
Jolene brings over 20 years of combined experience in office management, accounting, human resources, event planning and marketing. She currently has studies in Humanities and plans to sit for the SHRM-CP exam in December. Jolene is involved with the local chapters of WTS, DallasHR, SHRM and TSPS.
Jolene and her husband, John, live in the Dallas area. They have a blended family of four adult children, a granddaughter and two dogs.
